Seiko and Franklin Agree on Japan Deal

Franklin Electronic Publishers Inc. said it will sell electronic reference products in Japan under a distribution agreement with Seiko Instruments Inc.
The publishing company, based in mount Holly, will export electronic speaking dictionaries designed for students of English as a foreign language. The products use speech synthesis.
