International Law to Back Up the Will of the World
It should be suggested to President Bush that rather than dunning our allies, we and they (all other countries participating in the blockade) should attach and confiscate all Iraqi funds--no matter where found--and put them in one general fund to pay all costs, the funds to be under control of the United Nations!
