Oil Spills Into N. J. Creek

PERTH AMBOY, N. J. —
About 5,000 gallons of heavy heating oil spilled Thursday into a creek that feeds the spill-plagued waterway known as Arthur Kill, the Coast Guard reported. Officials said the creek had been double-boomed to contain the oil, which spilled when a storage tank collapsed.
