Saatchi Omits Dividend: Saatchi & Saatchi Co., one of Britain’s largest advertising agencies, said it doesn’t have enough reserves at hand to pay a dividend. Company officials said the problem followed its decision to sell two consultant businesses early this summer--Hay Co. and Litigation Support Management Co.--which didn’t net Saatchi as much as it had hoped.
