2 Romanians Killed in Explosives Plant Blast

BUCHAREST, Romania —
Two Romanian workers were killed and eight injured in a blast at a plant producing high explosives Friday, Bucharest Radio said.
The accident occurred overnight in the central town of Fagaras at a giant chemical complex in the section which produces TNT explosive, the radio said.
