* Terminal Data Corp., a struggling Moorpark maker of electronic imaging equipment, named Jeffrey A. Wilson president and chief executive, effective Monday.
He succeeds David W. Krar Hutton, who quit in July, and Wilson becomes Terminal Data’s fourth president in as many years.
Wilson formerly was president of Adaptive Information Systems, a division of the Japanese computer and electronics giant Hitachi Ltd. He also was president of the records management division of Bell & Howell.
