All That Glitters: Joan Rivers will sell her new line of fashion jewelry on TV. QVC Network Inc. announced that Rivers has selected the cable shopping channel to launch Joan Rivers Classics Collection. Rivers will personally introduce the line during a special three-hour QVC program to be broadcast Sept. 29 from 6-9 p.m. Rivers said she chose the cable channel because she enjoys shopping on it herself.
