Datapoint Corp.: The San Antonio computer software manufacturer reported a full-year loss of $82.8 million on revenue of $267.3 million, compared to a loss of $29.2 million on revenue of $312.5 million in fiscal 1989. During 1990, the company incurred $67.5 million in charges associated with the restructuring of its worldwide operations. The fourth-quarter loss totaled $52 million, on revenue of $72.6 million, compared to a loss of $8.9 million, on revenue of $79 million in the year-ago period.
