Turkey, Greece Plan to Revive Dialogue

ANKARA, Turkey —
Greece and Turkey, long at odds over Cyprus and the Aegean Sea, will hold technical-level talks next week to try to revive political dialogue, a Foreign Ministry statement said Friday.
Foreign Ministry officials from both nations will meet in Ankara from Wednesday to Friday, the statement said.
