Straight Facts for Story on Gay Catholics

My heart goes out to the members of Dignity who are being pushed out by the Catholic clergy. Gay and lesbian people suffer so many rejections as it is; it is even harder to get this message from those who appear as special representatives of God.

They may perhaps find encouragement by considering the example of groups like the Quakers who have gotten along without clergy for 300 years. All members become clergy to one another.
