Diodes Inc. Net Income Soars in First Quarter

Diodes Inc., a Chatsworth semiconductor company, said its net income for the first quarter that ended July 31 soared to $205,618 from $17,990 a year before. The company said its first-quarter sales increased 17% to $3.73 million from $3.20 million last year.
