Summit Health Ltd.: The Burbank-based operator of hospitals and health-care centers reported full-year net income of $2.4 million, contrasted with an $8.4-million loss a year ago. Revenue was nearly unchanged at $375.3 million. The company also reported pretax loss provisions for legal settlements and a loss on the sale of assets of $3.5 million, compared to a loss provision of $15.5 million in 1989. The firm reported a $700,000 net loss in the fourth quarter, compared to a $9.8-million loss a year ago. Revenue rose fractionally to $91.3 million.
