Fierro Has a Right to Use Her Title
So Dick Mountjoy doesn’t care if Mayor Evelyn Fierro calls herself the “queen of the prom,” eh? (Times, Sept. 13.)
Bad enough that Mayor Fierro had to defend her legitimate right to use her title on the ballot against a baseless lawsuit instituted by Mountjoy’s supporters and advanced by his party. Must we also endure his pathetically sexist attempts to dismiss this shoddy affair?
