Best of BBC: Actress Margot Kidder will serve as host of an anthology series, “Best of the BBC,” beginning Sunday night on the Discovery Channel. Kidder will introduce the new one-hour series, which will serve up a wide range of subjects, including “America,” Alistair Cooke’s 12-part personal history of the United States and winner of four Emmys. Also featured will be “The Making of a Continent,” a six-part series.
