Terry J. Zippwald has been promoted to first vice president of Eldorado Bank. He will continue as manager of the bank’s Newport Beach office. Zippwald joined Eldorado in 1988 after serving as vice president/manager of Barclays Bank’s Irvine Industrial Center office. Before that, he was with Bank of America for 11 years.
