Looking for more: Distributed Logic Corp. of Anaheim said that in an attempt to obtain additional financing, it has hired Global America Inc., a New York investment banking firm, to pursue a private placement of stock. Distributed Logic, which makes computer components for the workstation market, is seeking funds to supply working capital and to reduce its debts.
