Pacific Telesis Revises Merger Plan: The San Francisco-based regional phone firm and Cellular Communications Inc. said they revised their previously announced agreement under which Pacific Telesis eventually could take over the New York-based cellular phone firm. The revision shortens the period under which the market value of Cellular Communications will be calculated.
