Winn-Dixie Stores Inc.: The Jacksonville, Fla.-based retailer said first-quarter net income dipped 2% to $24.3 million, while revenue rose 5.3% to $2.284 billion. The firm said the results were affected by a new everyday-low-price program in its largest division.
