The information is concise and the instructions are easy to follow. The liberal use of simple diagrams makes this book a good bet for the busy gardener.

The book is divided into seven parts: The Basics, Flowers, The Food Garden, Lawns and Ground covers, Trees and Shrubs, Houseplants and Container Gardens, and Tools.
