Soviets Buy More U.S. Soymeal: A 205,000-metric-ton purchase of soybean meal, bought from U.S. exporters, was the Soviet Union’s second purchase in a week, the Agriculture Department reported. The deal was worth more than $41 million. The Kremlin earlier purchased 150,000 tons of the meal.
