Condom Program

What makes anyone think that tossing condoms to teen-agers is going to be a remedy for teen-age pregnancies and the spread of AIDS.

It is another simplistic solution for deep-seated problems. We should start educating our children, giving them a feeling of self-worth and the concept of making hard choices in their lives that will produce gratification later instead of gratification now no matter the consequences.
