Lawn Mower Engines Recalled: Briggs & Stratton is recalling 850,000 lawn-mower engines sold since July 1, 1989, because their fuel tanks may leak gasoline. The Quantum Power engines, have model numbers that start with 12. Owners can obtain a replacement fuel tank free at 16,000 Briggs & Stratton dealers.
