The prime ministers of South and North Korea will hold a second round of talks this week in Pyongyang, the northern capital, hoping to improve relations and work toward an end to the 45-year division of the Korean peninsula.

A seven-member Seoul delegation led by Prime Minister Kang Young Hoon is scheduled to cross into North Korea on Tuesday morning through the truce village of Panmunjom, 35 miles north of Seoul.
