ILL WIND: The Rams (C1) have lost three straight and are 1-4, but the worst is probably over, right?. . . Wrong, if you believe in precedent. Five times since 1956, the Rams have been 1-4, and each time they continued losing deep into the season. In ’56 and ‘61, they lost two more before winning. In ’82 and ‘87, they lost three more. In ‘65, they lost five more. Their best record in those years: 6-9 in ’87. The worst: 2-7. How about some trades? Says coach John Robinson (above): “We’re trying to do some things, but I wouldn’t write a headline about it.”
