TV DOGFIGHT: A man accused of staging a dogfight for a Colorado television news report that cost an award-winning reporter her job was ordered arrested Monday after he failed to appear in court. Three other defendants, former KCNC-TV reporter Wendy Bergen and two former station photographers, along with the missing man, Guy Walker, were indicted by a grand jury last month on felony charges accusing them of staging pit-bull fights and lying to the grand jury.
