San Marino : School Speed Zones Urged
The City Council has asked the California Department of Transportation to approve “school speed zones” for five schools--four public and one private--along Huntington Drive.
If approved by Caltrans, the speed limit would be reduced from 40 m.p.h. to 25 m.p.h. while schools are in session.
