When a Child Has 3 ‘Parents,’ When Does the Contract End and Rearing Begin?

Re the Calvert/Johnson fiasco: It occurs to me that no matter which way the judge rules, that poor baby is going to be the loser. Either he gets a mother who would sell her incubating services, or he gets a set of parents who would enter into such a loony arrangement in the first place.
