Glendora : Adult Day-Care Center OKd
The City Council on Tuesday granted permission for an adult day-care center for the developmentally disabled to operate at 1614-1616 S. Grand Ave.
The center will operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
It will teach basic skills, such as grooming, ordering a meal at a restaurant, buying items at a market and crossing streets. Some job skills will also be taught.
