Pasadena Elks Donate $500 for Drug Banners
Pasadena Elks Lodge No. 672 has donated $500 to buy 20 anti-drug banners for the Pasadena Unified School District in honor of Red Ribbon Week.
Each elementary school in the district will get an 8-by-4-foot banner with the slogan, “Line up to sign up for a drug free decade.” Posters will be provided where pupils, teachers, parents and staff can sign their names under the banner.
Red Ribbon Week is a nationwide anti-drug campaign to urge students to lead healthy, drug-free lives.
