WORLD IN BRIEF : CUBA : TV Crew Expelled Over Soviet Report

Cuba has expelled a Mexican television crew in anger over a report by the Televisa network on a leading Soviet newspaper’s criticism of Cuban President Fidel Castro. Televisa reporter Jose Eduardo Campos said Cuban officials expressed anger over a network news item from Moscow that quoted a critical report about Castro and his brother that appeared in the Soviet daily Pravda.
