Farrell’s Vote on Smoking Ban in Restaurants

Since the proposed smoking ban in Los Angeles restaurants was defeated because of anticipated economic hardships, perhaps Los Angeles nonsmokers should stop patronizing their local eateries for awhile.

I wonder how long area restaurants would stay in business then.
