Novak on Americans Moving Up
Class war is not only poor politics (front page, Oct. 24), but poor economics for the poor. For a tax upon the rich is a tax upon the poor; a restriction precisely on those who have made the greatest contributions to the development of the industries, good and services and jobs that the poor depend upon, and may therefore be an even greater burden upon the poor than direct taxes upon them.
