Entertainers from all over Southern California will gather today and Sunday at San Buenaventura State Beach for Ventura Halloweekend. Proceeds from the carnival and entertainment will benefit Ventura youth recreation programs.

Free shuttle buses will run from Buenaventura Mall on Main Street and Mills Road to the event. Admission is $3.50, $2.50 for seniors or children 6 to 12. Children under 6 will be admitted free.
