World IN BRIEF : INDIA : Town Sealed Off to Hindu Militants
Nearly 250,000 troops and police sealed off the northern Indian town of Ayodhya to thousands of Hindu militants bent on building a temple to replace a mosque on what the Hindus say is one of their holy sites.
