U.S. Office Vacany Rates Unchanged: The national vacancy rate of office space in downtown markets in the third quarter remained at 17%, the same level as in the second quarter, according to data released by Coldwell Banker. However, Orange County saw one of the largest increases in downtown office vacancies, rising to 21.8% from 20.55, the survey said.
