Khalidi on Israel and Palestinians
Time after time Conrad has defamed the Jewish Star of David but I have controlled myself. I have suffered in silence when he has consistently insulted and berated the Jewish people and their leaders. By frequently offending all religions and their precious symbols, Conrad has violated every ethical code.
However, when he has the nerve and indignity in his political cartoon to again belittle and make a mockery of our holy symbol, I must express my fury. Will he never cease to slander all that the Jews consider holy?
At least on Oct. 18 he did not equate the sacred star with rifles, as he has done in the past. The last thing this world needs is another anti-Semite, particularly one so vicious.
