On Oct. 14, Lloyd met Flockhart at a 7-Eleven store at the corner of Royal Avenue and Sycamore Drive.

At a shopping center, Lloyd delivered a bag containing cocaine to the informer and an undercover agent, who then arrested Lloyd, the indictmentsays.

A search of Flockhart’s Simi Valley house yielded five more kilograms of cocaine, $500,000 in cash and 125 guns, including many illegal weapons, authorities said.
