Veterans Service Office to Open Vista Branch
The San Diego County Veterans Service Office is opening a branch office in Vista, it was announced Friday.
The office will help North County’s estimated 86,000 veterans file service-connected disability claims, learn about education opportunities and get information about benefits for dependents and survivors.
It will open next Wednesday at 1830 West Drive, Suite 103-104, in Vista, near the Emerald Drive off-ramp from California 78. Initially, the office will be open on Wednesdays and by appointment only. Appointments can be made by calling 589-2111.
