Kuwait Red Cross Plans Operations to Aid Exiles

MANAMA, Bahrain —
The Kuwaiti Red Cross will resume operations from Bahrain to help hundreds of thousands of exiled Kuwaitis, the Gulf News Agency said.
More than 300,000 Kuwaitis fled to neighboring Persian Gulf states after Iraq’s Aug. 2 invasion.
