246 ‘Boat People’ Go Home

HONG KONG —
A group of 246 Vietnamese “boat people” returned home voluntarily Thursday, the 39th repatriation flight from Hong Kong arranged by the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees since March, 1989. It brought the total repatriated from the British colony to 5,379.
