Grove Shopping Center Sold for $26 Million

The Grove, a 9.4-acre shopping center in Northridge, was sold to retail developer Golden West Properties of Beverly Hills for about $26 million.

The deal was announced by Wells Fargo Realty Finance, which represented the seller, Walnut Grove Associates Ltd. of Farmington, Conn., and previously arranged financing to build and later rehabilitate the shopping center.

The center is at the corner of Tampa Avenue and Nordhoff Street and includes Marshalls, Pier 1 Imports and The Good Guys stores.
