Luther Medical Products Inc.: The Tustin-based catheter manufacturer said it lost $31,942 for the first fiscal quarter, compared with a loss of $50,301 for the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter, which ended Sept. 30, was up 13%, to $623,443 from $552,823. The company attributed the improvement to changes in its product mix and reduction of research and development expenses.
