Judicial Arbitration Executive

Linda D. Howell has been named vice president of corporate services for Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc., a private dispute-resolution firm based in Orange.

She was formerly director of management information systems.

Before joining the company, Howell was a consultant for the Arthur Anderson & Co. accounting firm in Orange County and an associate instructor at UC Irvine.
