Dissident May Make Offer for ASK Computer: James P. Lennane, a dissident shareholder who owns a 7.45% stake of ASK Computer Systems, said he is considering several options with respect to his holdings in the Silicon Valley firm, including making a tender offer. In an SEC filing, Lennane said he is also considering seeking representation on the firm’s board.
