ORANGE : Candlelight Vigil Planned for Friday

In observance of International Human Rights Day, the Orange County chapter of Amnesty International USA will sponsor a candlelight vigil Friday night in the downtown area.
The vigil, which is aimed at calling attention to human rights abuses throughout the world, will take place at Chapman Avenue and Glassell Street from 7 to 9. Participants are asked to bring candles, flashlights and signs or banners.
