A circuit judge in Skokie, Ill., has fined Chicago Blackhawks Coach and General Manager Mike Keenan $500 for a drunk driving arrest. Keenan failed a field sobriety test and refused to take an alcohol-breath test after his arrest about 1:20 a.m. Oct. 2 by a Wilmette police officer who had seen Keenan’s Mercedes veer into oncoming traffic lanes, police said.
