Vanilligate Continues: The lead singer of Blood, Sweat & Tears filed a $120-million copyright-infringement lawsuit against Milli Vanilli on Thursday, claiming the scandal-beset lip-syncing duo stole the melody from his 1960s hit “Spinning Wheel” and turned it into their rap-infused song “All or Nothing.” “This lawsuit is about the song they never wrote on the album they never sang,” said Robert Marcus, a lawyer who filed the suit in state Supreme Court in Manhattan on behalf of singer David Clayton-Thomas.
