Seoul Criticized Over Japanese Gangsters’ Visit

TOKYO —
North Korea criticized Seoul on Friday for allowing Japanese gangsters to visit South Korea freely, saying that its southern rival had become a “haunt of criminals.”
The official Rodong Sinmun daily was commenting on a widely publicized visit last week by members of Japan’s biggest organized crime gang, Yamaguchi Gumi.
