Pepsico Names Chief of Frito-Lay Division

Pepsico Inc., Purchase, N.Y., said Roger A. Enrico will become chairman of its most profitable division, the Frito-Lay Inc. snack food business. Enrico, a veteran Pepsico executive is now president and chief executive of its worldwide beverage operations. His new appointment is effective Jan. 1. Also effective Jan. 1, the company named Michael H. Jordan, current president and chief executive of the company’s domestic and international snack food division, chairman of the newly created Pepsico International division, which will combine the Pepsi-Cola International and Pepsico Foods International divisions.
