Pollution Research Sells 9% Stake to L. A. Investor
Pollution Research & Control Corp., a Glendale maker of pollution-monitoring equipment, said it raised $160,000 by selling a 9% stake in the company to Los Angeles investor Lee Sion.
In a filing with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission, Pollution Research said it sold 400,000 shares of its common stock to Sion for 40 cents each. The company also granted Sion a three-year option to buy an additional 200,000 shares at an exercise price of 40 cents a share.
